Water-based with low odour. Dissolves permanent Multi Ink colours for blending, smooth transitions, gradients, watercolour effects and shading. Enables colour lightening, adding highlights and correcting small mistakes. Ideal for watercolour paper and non-absorbent surfaces. Applies with a brush or can be added to the reservoir of a water brush.
